Henrik has a long record of achievements with an international background working in different senior management positions in large organisations all over Scandinavia and also in Europe. Within his different roles his main focus has always been to drive the organisation to meet and exceed the company goals, something he has been very successful in historically. With a joy for leading competent leaders and specialists to perform on the edge of their potential in a large complex organisation to achieve better than the strategic targets and always with the customers interests in mind Henrik never settles for less.

In his current position as Stations Director at MTR Stockholm Henrik is responsible for Customer Service, Cleaning, Traffic Information and Facility Management. This area of responsibilities includes 100 Metro stations, 1700 staff members and 1,2 million passengers in the Stockholm Metro system every day.

During more than 12 years, between 2001-2013, Henrik worked in different senior management positions at DHL, both in Scandinavia and Europe. His background in DHL is broad and includes positions such as Director of Sales, Site Manager, Director Process Engineering, Head of Operations Support & Development, Head of Business Development, Head of Engineering and Infrastructure and Terminal Manager. At DHL Henrik led a massive change program over 3 years which was carried out with great service level improvements and dramatically reduced costs.

With a passion for leading and developing people, driving large improvement activities Henrik always has the eye on the target no matter what.
