The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK (CILT) is the membership organisation for professionals involved in the movement of goods and people and their associated supply chains.

Members of the Institute are involved in the management and design of processes, infrastructure, information flows and systems and in the creation and management of effective organisations. The work of our members impacts directly on people, society, the environment and business profitability.

TPS aims to facilitate, develop and promote best practice in transport planning and provide a focus for dialogue between all those engaged in it, whatever their background or other professional affiliation.

RTIG was established in 2000 to provide a focus for all those involved in UK bus RTI. We now have a comprehensive remit to cover the effective and efficient use of technology in the interests of passenger transport users, operators and sponsors.

RTIG has a wide membership, drawn from UK local authorities, bus and rail operators and system suppliers, and enjoy excellent working relationships with Government and other key industry groups.

ITS United Kingdom, the UK association for the promotion of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) is a not-for-profit public/private sector association financed by members’ subscriptions and provides a forum for all organisations concerned with ITS. We work to bring the benefits that ITS can offer in terms of economic efficiency, transport safety and environmental benefits to the United Kingdom and at the same time expand the ITS market.
